Telephone interview
Telephone interviews are frequently becoming part of the preliminary screening process, especially if there are large numbers of candidates to be interviewed.

No one except the interviewer will know the types of questions you will be asked.
Here are some common questions:
Tell me about yourself
What are your key Strengths?
What are your weaknesses?
Demonstrate how you have turned a weakness into a working strength.

Face to Face interview - If you are invited to attend a face to face interview, the following tips maybe useful.
Turn up on time
Body Language- Maintain eye contact and be mindful of your body language.
Building Rapport
Getting the best out of Skype/ Video Call
Panel interviews- If you have a panel or more than one interviewer, the above applies. In addition, maintaingood eye contact with all the panel.
