Pick up the Phone – Part Four


It’s now time to pick up the phone. Take a Deep Breath and do it. It’s ok to feel nervous, anxious, uncomfortable and even scared. These are normal emotions if you’ve been hesitant in the first place.


Once you’ve done your research, practice the conversation in your mind or write the dialogue.



If you don’t know the individual or person, find out some information. Research on the individual, so you don’t say anything that’s not appropriate.

The phone is not dead. Actually, the phone can be your trusted friend. You can get things done more quickly, and you’ll learn to see the process of helping you a lot.
